How long will it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
We can only change the shipping address if your order is still in "unfulfilled" status. Please contact us immediately at ....... with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee an address change once the order has been shipped.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it takes 3-7 business days to process the refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer refunds on gift cards?
Gift cards are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shopify Pay for a faster checkout.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
Absolutely. We take your privacy and security seriously. Our store is built on PCI DSS compliant platform. This means your payment information is encrypted and secure. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long will it take to get my package?
Great question! Since we partner with suppliers to ensure product quality and variety, delivery times can vary. Most orders arrive within 8-30 business days.
A note on how you'll receive your package: Your order may be delivered in multiple packages. We do this to get each item to you as quickly as possible from the nearest available warehouse, rather than making you wait for all items to be gathered in one location. The best part? There are no extra shipping charges for you—we handle the logistics!
What about import duties and taxes for my country?
Your order's price does not include import taxes, duties, or VAT (Value-Added Tax). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authorities. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be. For more information, please contact your country's tax and customs office before placing your order.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
It's common for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the scan.
